Our Autism and ADHD Assessments for Women (18+)
Autism Assessment

For many women, autism can remain unrecognised for years. They may work incredibly hard to fit in, navigate social expectations and hide the difficulties they experience, often at a significant emotional cost. Over time, this masking and the intense use of compensatory strategies can contribute to exhaustion, anxiety, low self-esteem and a sense of being misunderstood.

Our autism assessment for women offers a warm, validating space to explore your experiences, recognise your strengths and develop a clearer understanding of yourself. For many women, this understanding can mark the beginning of a new way of making sense of themselves and their needs.
ADHD Assessment

ADHD can be less outwardly visible in women, particularly where inattentive symptoms, internal restlessness, masking or compensatory strategies are prominent. The traits are often overlooked, misunderstood or attributed to other co-occurring difficulties.
Our specialist ADHD assessment for women is tailored to explore these experiences carefully and provide a personalised understanding of your strengths, difficulties and support needs.
Combined Autism and ADHD Assessment

Our Combined Autism and ADHD assessment for women uses an integrated multidisciplinary approach involving at least three specialist clinicians.

Assessing autism and ADHD together allows us to explore how autistic and ADHD traits may co-occur, overlap or mask one another, and how this may have shaped your experiences over time.

By considering your experiences as a whole, we aim to develop a clearer, more complete understanding of your developmental journey, current experiences, strengths and support needs.
After your Assessment

In addition to your comprehensive Diagnostic Report, you will also receive:
A diagnostic summary letter with recommended reasonable adjustments, which you can share with your employer, university, GP and other relevant services

A personalised letter to help you understand the person you have always been and recognise your individual strengths
We want you to feel informed, understood and clearer about your next steps
After receiving your diagnostic report, you will have an online feedback session to discuss the assessment outcome, what it means for you, and the support or next steps that may be helpful.
"Our aim is not simply to reach a diagnosis, but to help you understand your experiences, strengths and needs - and what may help you move forward with greater confidence"
