Autism and ADHD Assessments for Men (18+)

Our Assessments
Autism Assessment

Receiving an autism diagnosis in adulthood can bring clarity to experiences that may have felt difficult to understand for many years. For some people, greater understanding can reduce self-doubt and help past experiences make more sense.

Our comprehensive diagnostic report includes the Clinical Psychologist's diagnostic opinion, findings from the assessment, and personalised recommendations for reasonable adjustments at university or at work, to improve your wellbeing and everyday functioning.

For many adults, this understanding can provide a clearer foundation for deciding what support may be helpful next.
ADHD Assessment

Our ADHD Assessment is designed to investigate whether your challenges are related to ADHD symptoms, and how they affect your everyday functioning, relationships, wellbeing and work.
Our diagnostic report includes the Clinical Psychologist's clinical opinion, findings from the assessment and personalised recommendations for reasonable adjustments at university or at work, helping you to receive the support needed to develop practical strategies for organisation, time management, emotional regulation and everyday demands.
Combined Autism and ADHD Assessment

Our Combined Autism and ADHD assessment is conducted by a multidisciplinary clinical team involving at least three specialist clinicians.

Assessing autism and ADHD together allows us to explore how autistic and ADHD traits may overlap, interact or mask one another.

By considering your experiences as a whole, we aim to develop a clearer understanding of your developmental journey, current difficulties, strengths and support needs, alongside personalised recommendations for what may help moving forward.

After your Assessment

Alongside your comprehensive Diagnostic Report, you will also receive:
A diagnostic summary letter with recommended reasonable adjustments, which you can share with your employer, university, GP and other relevant services.

A personalised letter to help you understand yourself more clearly and recognise your individual strengths.
We want you to feel informed, understood and clearer about your next steps
After receiving your Diagnostic Report, you will have an online feedback session to discuss the assessment outcome, what it means for you, and the support or next steps that may be helpful.
"Our aim is not simply to reach a diagnosis, but to help you understand your experiences, strengths and needs - and what may help you move forward with greater confidence"
