The discovery call is free of charge and often takes around 20 minutes. That's a great opportunity to ask your main questions.

During this ‘in person’ consultation our Clinical Psychologist will walk you through a structured clinical interview, investigating your presenting problems and the impact they have on the different areas of your life. This session may take up to two hours. The objective of this assessment is to understand your case in depth and define whether you need to progress to the next stage, the diagnostic assessment.

The Diagnostic Assessment is specially designed to investigate your condition, how intensely your life is impacted and whether other comorbidities may occur. This stage, always ‘in person’, can be completed in 1 or 2 sessions of up to two hours, and can include a school visit, depending on the pathway of ADHD, Autism or Combined Assessment, and depending on which tests and standards are more suitable for your needs.

A few weeks after your assessment sessions, you will receive your detailed Diagnostic Report. The report will include the Clinical Psychologist diagnostic opinion, detailed analysis of your presenting problems, clinical observations collected during the sessions, tests results with scores and graphics,  recommendations for the client and family and proposed reasonable adjustments to improve your life at home and school or work.

A few days after receiving your Diagnostic Report, you will have a return session with your Clinical Leader. This is an opportunity to go through the report and discuss any questions you have. This meeting will last around 30 minutes and can be delivered online.
